This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 3 shifts per week - 7:45a-8:15p

Patients per day: 45

Practice Setting: Outpatient

Scope: Urgent Care

State Licensure: Active Indiana license

Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 day
