Position Summary... As the Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will lead a team to deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic business decisions across functional areas. Collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional partners, you will develop and implement advanced analytical models and prototypes to address complex challenges. This role requires guiding project execution, mentoring team members, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to drive measurable business value. What you'll do:

• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key business challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive actionable business insights and value.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and solution validation.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver consultative analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
• Oversee data analysis strategies and guide team members in applying advanced analytics for data-driven decision making.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision making to address complex business challenges.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau for data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, including risk management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience building and implementing data models and algorithms to drive strategic business outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with leadership and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and applying ethical standards in all work.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
